Shipping, returns, taxes, payments, and other store policies.

Shipping & Handling

Rates: Based on your order total. Oversized/heavy items may have an extra charge calculated during preparation.
Carriers: UPS Ground or USPS within the continental U.S.; Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses may incur additional costs.
Consolidation: We ship orders together when possible. Signature may be required on higher-value items.

Window: Postmarked within 15 days of receipt.
Condition: New, unused, and in original factory packaging—exactly as received.
Before installing: Decide to keep or return before installation or use.
Authorization: Request a Return Authorization (RA) by email; write the RA number clearly on the box.
Shipping: Customer pays return shipping; insure for full value and use original packaging. We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
Docs: Include your packing list or emailed invoice and return/exchange instructions.
Refunds & fees: Original S&H is non-refundable. Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations: If processing with the manufacturer/distributor has begun, a 20% restocking fee may apply. If we can stop it before processing, no fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
Wrong item received: We’ll replace it at no extra charge and cover shipping.

Sales tax is collected on in-state orders as required by law.

Orders are accepted via secure credit card payment.

Most current-model parts are available. Some older parts shown in diagrams may no longer be produced.
We do not supply vintage, obsolete, or new-old-stock items.
Partially available orders ship what’s available (unless components are obviously needed together). Unavailable items aren’t charged.

Descriptions come from manufacturers/distributors and aren’t guaranteed error-free.
Prices may change without notice; obvious posting mistakes don’t obligate us to honor incorrect pricing.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.
