Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Signature Confirmation will be required on expensive items.

Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days from receipt of merchandise. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. If we do not receive your package in the allotted time, package will be refused.  Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.

Correspondence for returns and exchanges must be made by e-mail only for internal tracking.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be requested by e-mail and preauthorized by us through e-mail and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  

Speed Supplies takes each order very seriously and works very efficiently to have your products delivered quickly and a low cost to you.  Our cancellation policy is designed to help keep the costs down for you and for other customers by reducing unnecessary manufacturer restocking expenses.  

Our estimated times are "approximate."  We do not guarantee as a part of our purchase agreement to answer e-mails or phone messages for a product that is not yet late.  If an order is clearly late (if you have not received a tracking number five days beyond the estimated shipping ETA) we strongly urge you to notify us by e-mail so that we can research the order.

Cancellations while an item is in process or refusal of delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  In most cases, once you have submitted your order to us, it is immediately ordered from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled without our incurring restocking costs from them.  This applies whether the cancellation is one hour or one week after ordering.  Please make sure that you actually want an item before you order it.  Cancellations must be made in writing.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: Customer may exchange an apparel item one time for a $20.00 charge if the original item does not fit. Customer pays all shipping charges. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on electrical parts except in situations where we have made an error in filling the order.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via buyer paid Ups or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted along with PayPal. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.  

Orders for amounts over $1000.00 that are paid for through our regular checkout system with Visa, Mastercard or American Express will need to have a credit card authorization form faxed in before we can process your order.  Some higher risk product categories will require the same form.

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. Most motorcycle accessories are available.

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices for motorcycle accessories or other items on the website does not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
